The Americans' global FBI-GESTAPO is finally losing one.

Sounds EXACTLY like YouTube's business model doesn't it!?

And that is indeed the only difference, YouTube = American owned - pays mafia money to US government = OK.

KimDotcom = NOT American owned - does not pay mafia money = imminent threat+competition = must destroy!

What really pisses me off about the whole thing is that today you are "guilty til proven innocent".

KimDotcom was illegally raided by the Australian government, on behalf of the American government for doing something that was not proven and is not necessarily against the law!
Only afterwards - after proving innocence - is this starting to unravel.

Does American law apply all over the world?
Could you imagine the Russian "Justice" Department arresting the CEO of YouTube and extraditing him and having the FBI raid his home and confiscate his stuff because he "felt" that YouTube had infringed on some dubious stretch of a new law!!!!!???
